Deinstitutionalize Your Mind & Body

Raise your hand if you feel stifled by academia, corporate systems, or societal expectations and our political systems. Now, raise your hand if you shut yourself down before those institutions even need to, which can look like being the ‘good student’ who doesn’t rock the boat or take up too much space. Likely, it’s a both/and answer.

That’s not by accident, nor is it your ‘fault’. It’s conditioning by design. Most of us–especially my fellow overers and neurodiverse folks–have been trained (aka shamed) into conformity.

The result? A scarcity mindset that limits imagination, out-of-the-box problem-solving, and authentic leadership.

Creativity isn’t just for artists. Creativity is the key to navigating uncertainty and building new futures - for yourself and the world.

This isn’t about surface-level brainstorming tricks or quick fixes but easy, lasting relearning practices. We use neuroscience, somatics, and nature-based methods contextualized within the systems you work in to unlock creative potential in a deep, lasting way. I’m blending these practices to help purpose-driven academics, professionals, and leaders who feel stifled by institutional structures reclaim their imagination, creative flow, and resilience.

In our community, we use guided practices, community dialogue, and experiential learning to help you discover new ways to access your creativity, reimagine possibilities, and build resilience.

This isn’t just about learning techniques—it’s about rediscovering the creative energy that is already within you. When you shift from scarcity to abundance, creativity becomes a natural, joyful, and sustainable part of your life.

I want you to live a more creative life where your work serves your creativity.

Pause for a moment, and imagine (or journal) what it could feel and look like to channel your growing anxiety, fear, and rage into creative communal abundance.

Let’s redefine what’s possible—together.
