Great for independent folks who crave accountability and community connection throughout the year.

For Community & Consistency

The Cultivate Connection Community Program is an intentional, growth-oriented space to connect, get support (from me and each other), continue learning and growing, and experience the magic of being in community and gathering with intention.

If you’re looking to join a community of conscious growth-oriented professionals, leaders, academics, and advocates, join us for regular office hours and monthly content workshops.

Office hours are group coaching and Q&A times where we check in with whoever shows up that day and work through whatever feels most pressing or timely for people. These are always smaller groups with people you get to know so that everyone has time to share and connect. You leave feeling refreshed and reset.

For January - May 2025 the regular open office hours are scheduled for:

  • 1st Monday of the month at 2pm MT

  • 3rd Wednesday of the month at 2pm MST

Content workshops are deep dives into timely issues and needs within the community that offer you strategies, guided reflection, embodied and mindful practices, open discussion, and forward momentum.  These are places that offer validation, support, and strategies, like Laura said about the community:

“I like knowing others who are in a similar spot in my life and that are looking for space/creativity/embodiment as how to overcome burnout.”

Our Winter and Spring 2025 workshops are scheduled on Friday afternoons:

  • January 10 - Your Year of Shedding and Rebirth

  • February through March - The Abundant Imagination Creativity Lab Winter Series

    • February 14 - Opening to Abundance: Shifting Mindsets and Reclaiming Connection To Nature

    • February 21 - Embodying Imagination: Reconnecting as Nature

    • February 28 - Expanding Vision: Relational Creativity and Abundant Futures

    • March 7 - Designing the Future: Creative Action and Renewal

  • April 4 - Seasonal Recalibration (Q2 planning)

  • May 2 - Stepping into Your Bolder Authentic Self

Community matters and is transformative. It might feel like adding more to your calendar, but these are the social engagements that add that pep in your step.

What you’ll achieve in this community program:

  • Develop practical tools to incorporate play, nature, and mindfulness into your daily and weekly routines, fostering greater balance and well-being.

  • Boost your motivation and productivity, making it easier to achieve your goals with the support of a dedicated community and consistent accountability.

  • Learn how to set firm boundaries and establish restorative practices, ensuring you protect your time, energy, and mental focus.

  • Engage in regular accountability sessions that provide space for reflection, discussion, and integration of the work that matters most to you.

  • Build strong connections with a like-minded community that celebrates your successes, supports your growth, and holds space for navigating challenges.

“This is a community of people who want to live a values-centered life rather than a job-centered life. It's a community of tremendous support, kindness, and zero bullshit. I show up because this community keeps me sane. It continually reminds me that I am not my job and that I can have the life I want.”

Testimonials

“I like knowing others who are in a similar spot in my life and who are looking for space, creativity, embodiment as how to overcome burnout.”

“I love how supportive and caring everyone is. There’s never any vibes of competition or judgment. There’s also usually someone who shares similar experiences or feelings when we’re working through something.”

“I describe our community in some ways as a support group - it's a place I always feel like I can show up as I am and feel seen. It feels incredible to be in a group of people who are interested in challenging the status quo of academic life and who want more from it. It reinforces and supports my own desire to do this life differently.”
