A six-session coaching plus structured curriculum program

You may feel overwhelmed by your career circumstances. You may occasionally feel the urge to rage quit.

It’s common to want to "rage quit" or jump into a new job or run off to Norway to live next to a fjord or just sleep in for a few weeks. I get it. I had written my resignation letter years before I left my job.

Rage quitting doesn’t resolve the deeper issues, though. (Ask me how I know…)

Let’s set rage quitting to the side for a moment and build a bridge instead.

Imagine your next career steps in the form of a wooden arched bridge. This bridge leads you where you want to be (even if you don’t know where that is quite yet).

Now is the time to build that bridge one board at a time, creating forward momentum. Since you aren’t sure yet where the bridge will lead, feel the foundation of support underneath you - that’s coaching and community. Our work together then becomes building that bridge to your next things whether they be in or out of your current job or field.

How do we build that bridge?

We partner mindset and embodied work to help you gain clarity about what comes next in your career and build your capacity for resilience. We do this over six structured, tailored-to-you sessions. You receive:

This program is for you if:

  • You’re unsure whether to stay in your current job or leave for something new.

  • You’re feeling disconnected from the career you’ve worked hard for but aren't sure what's next.

  • You want to redefine your identity beyond job titles and reconnect with your personal values and purpose.

  • You’re seeking clarity and intentional action rather than rushing into the next job out of frustration.

  • You’re tired of feeling trapped by the urgency of work and are ready to slow down and reset.

  • You’re looking for a step-by-step process that includes career exploration, resilience-building, and actionable support.

This program is ideal for those who want to take a thoughtful, empowered approach to navigating career transitions—whether that means staying in your current field with renewed clarity or finding the courage to pivot into something new. If you're ready to stop spinning your wheels and make a meaningful change, this program will guide you through the journey with intention and confidence.

Take a moment to imagine a lighter, more confident you.

You shift from feeling overwhelmed or stuck into a clearer sense of direction. You feel more grounded and connected to your next steps.

You’ve turned towards your career grief so that you can let go of old patterns and dreams to make space to create new ones. Your identity is no longer tied to a job title—it’s a reflection of your values, passions, and purpose. As you move forward, you feel resilient.

When stress arises, you have practices that help you pause, reflect, and take intentional embodied action.

Most importantly, you’ve taken the time to slow down, and in doing so, you’ve created the space to move forward with purpose and confidence—whether that means staying in your current role with newfound clarity or pivoting into something entirely new.

This is your path, and you’re walking it with courage and conviction.

Curriculum

Our process blends coaching with a structured curriculum to create mindset shifts with embodied resilience. It helps you not just figure out what’s next but empowers you to move forward with clarity and confidence. The curriculum and tools offer you structure to maximize your time and resources.

  • In this introductory session, we set the foundation and tailor the curriculum to you. This includes:

    • Discussing where you are currently in your career and what’s driving your desire for change.

    • Identifying immediate stressors, frustrations, and the core question: "Should I stay or should I go?"

    • Exploring personal goals for the next weeks together and beyond.

    • Mapping out potential blocks or challenges, both external (workplace issues) and internal (mindset, limiting beliefs).

Outcome: A clear sense of direction and intention for the program, identifying specific areas to explore and focus on.

  • Career grief is often unspoken, but it’s a powerful force in why we feel disillusioned or stuck. This session explores:

    • What career grief looks like—loss of professional identity, missed opportunities, or a shift in what your career represents to you.

    • Recognizing disenfranchised grief, where your feelings about work or career aren’t validated by society.

    • Reflecting on what you hoped your career would be and how reality diverged.

    • Strategies for how to build a grief practice so that you can work with the waves as a partner to your change.

Outcome: A deeper understanding of the grief you’re carrying related to your career and an acknowledgment of what needs to be released or mourned to move forward.

  • This session focuses on re-examining your personal and professional identity outside of job titles:

    • Reflecting on how your identity has been shaped by your work, and where you may have over-identified with your career.

    • Exploring the values and passions that define you as a person, not just as a professional.

    • Working on separating self-worth from career success.

    • Shifting your career identity out of the center so that you can place your true self in the middle.

Outcome: A clearer, more holistic sense of self, detached from a singular career narrative. This redefined identity opens up possibilities for your future.

  • Here, we bring the focus into the body, allowing you to tap into your embodied resilience:

    • Learning to slow down and tune into the body’s wisdom through breathwork, mindfulness, reflection, or somatic practices. These are tailored to complement and build your practices no matter what level you have.

    • Understanding how career grief and burnout manifest physically, and how to begin healing through the body.

    • Developing practices for resetting the nervous system, recognizing the need to slow down in order to take decisive action later.

Outcome: Embodied tools to handle stress and uncertainty, which will enable you to make career decisions from a grounded, resilient place rather than from a place of urgency or depletion.

  • No one pivots alone. This session helps you identify and build a support system:

    • Who are your allies—personally and professionally—and how can they support your journey?

    • How to foster mentorship or accountability relationships that will help you stay on track.

    • Exploring the role of community in navigating change, and how to expand your network to align with your new career direction.

Outcome: A personalized support system with clear steps to engage others in your career pivot, ensuring you have the resources you need as you move forward.

  • In the final session, we shift from exploration to action:

    • Reviewing insights gained from previous sessions and integrating them into a cohesive plan grounded in embodiment and career strategies.

    • Setting clear, intentional steps for your next career move—whether that’s leaving, staying and renegotiating your role, or seeking something entirely new.

    • Developing strategies for navigating uncertainty and ensuring that your actions align with your values and redefined identity.

Outcome: A concrete action plan to pivot your career, grounded in self-awareness, resilience, and a strong support system.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • If you want to feel the impact of this work, then yes. How much is up to you, though. And don’t worry, there’s no perfect outcome. We are focused on the journey. I’ll share homework options with you - what I call soul work. Everything is optional but doable.

  • Absolutely. You are one of the reasons I created this program. The part always in your control is changing your relationship to your work. Clients who have done that first often find themselves more interested or satisfied with staying in their current career.

  • As soon as you want. The beauty of this program is that it’s 1:1, and scheduled based on our schedules. You don’t have to wait to get started or worry about not being able to make a weekly group workshop time. Once you’ve paid, we will schedule our calls. There’s no need to wait for the first of the month or year. Let’s get started!

  • We can go as fast or slow as we determine is best for you and your unique situation. Generally I recommend about every other week for 3 months. That cadence allows you time in between sessions to read, reflect, and practice the strategies I offer.

  • Our sessions are all on Zoom. In between our calls, you can ask questions or share feedback by email or Slack. If you’re in northern Colorado, I’d love to have our sessions in-person outside in Nature.
